about us
There’s something special about a place built from experience and shaped over time, not rushed into existence.
For years, The Vrahiotes family lived and worked in the world of winemaking. From tending fruits to crafting bottles, they developed a deep respect for what goes into every glass, patience, care, and a genuine love for the process. Wine, to them, was never just a product. It was a way of bringing people together.
The Branch Social is the next chapter of that journey.
About a year after their winery, Sweet Acre Farms, was destroyed in a fire in January 2025, The Vrahioteses stepped out from behind the production side of wine and into something more communal—creating a space where people can gather, connect, and experience wine in a way that feels approachable and real.
What they’ve brought with them is more than knowledge. It’s perspective.
They understand the stories behind the bottles. They know the difference between something that’s simply good and something that’s worth sharing. And they believe wine should feel inviting, something you can enjoy, explore, and talk about without hesitation.
At The Branch Social, that belief shows up in everything:
- The wines you’ll find here – the selection ranges from across the US and imports (it’s also an official Yonah Mountain Vineyard tasting room)
- The way you’re welcomed when you walk in
- The conversations that happen around the table
This isn’t about pretense or perfection.
It’s about creating a place where you can slow down, discover something new, and feel comfortable doing it whether you’ve been enjoying wine for years or you’re just getting started.
For The Vrahiotes family, this isn’t a departure from where they’ve been.
It’s a natural extension of it. And we’re glad you’re here to be a part of it.
