The 18th Amendment, ratified in 1919, ushered in Prohibition, banning the production, sale, and transport of alcohol in the United States. Its repeal in 1933 marked the end of that era, restoring the freedom to produce and enjoy wine and spirits.
The 18th Club is a nod to that history, honoring both the restraint and the revival that followed, and celebrating the enduring culture of wine that emerged stronger on the other side.
